Lola grew up on her own, her mother was worthless and dad was non existent.  She is 18 years old and on her own.  She deals with all the cheap grabs from drunks at the bar on a daily basis for the money she needs to make it and the stolen glances at Ryker Stone.

He knows he is too old for her but that doesn’t change the way that he feels about Lola.  He knows that she is well aware of his stares but he can’t stop.  Eventually every man breaks, no matter how wrong it may be.

It has been quite awhile since I read something this “steamy”.  I have to admit that I giggled at the title but I love both Jordan and Jenika.  I did have a moment of “really, am I going to sign up for this?” but I took a leap.  The taboo element it there, younger girl and older guy.  Ryker is the epitome of alpha paired with the sweet and innocence of Lola, my favorite combination! There is a lot packed into this short novella.  So, take the leap. There is nothing clean about this novella but it is so worth the dive.
